Cancellation and Refund Policy

Flights

In case of Amendments or Cancellations, refunds will be processed as per the airline fare rules and cancellation policy. Such refunds shall be subject to Xploret Travels LLP receiving the same from the airlines. However, the convenience fee paid to Xploret Travels LLP paid at the time of booking is a non-refundable fee.

All cancellations made directly with the airline need to be intimated to Xploret Travels LLP, in order to initiate the process of refund. The processing time for refunds may vary depending on the mode of payment, bank etc. The refund shall be processed after deducting the Xploret Travels LLP service fee which is independent of the convenience fee as mentioned above.

The refund will be credited to the same account from which the payment was made. For example, if the User used a credit card, Xploret Travels LLP will make an appropriate charge reversal to the same credit card; like-wise if the User used a debit card, Xploret Travels LLP will credit the money to the same debit card.

In the event of cancellation and refund of partially utilized tickets, upfront discount and promo code discount availed at the time of booking would be deducted from the refund amount.

Hotels

In case of Cancellation/Amendments, refunds will be processed as per the hotel cancellation policy mentioned at the time of booking. Such refunds shall be subject to Xploret Travels LLP receiving the same from the airlines. However, the convenience fee paid to Xploret Travels LLP paid at the time of booking is a non-refundable fee.

Bus

In case of Cancellation/Amendments, refunds will be processed as per the Bus cancellation policy mentioned at the time of booking. Such refunds shall be subject to Xploret Travels LLP receiving the same from the airlines. However, the convenience fee paid to Xploret Travels LLP paid at the time of booking is a non-refundable fee.

In the event of cancellation and amendments, upfront discount and promo code discount availed at the time of booking would be deducted from the refund amount.

Holidays

The following cancellation charges apply for Holidays:

For Holiday Packages including Flights (Airline Cancellation Fees + Service Charges + Land Package Cancellation Charges)

Land Package Cancellation Charges applicable as below;

· 20% of total package cost for cancellation/amendment made till 30 days prior to departure date

· 50% of total package cost for cancellation/amendment made between 30-15 days of departure date

· 100% of total package cost for cancellation/amendment made within 15 days of departure date

The refund will be credited to the same account from which the payment was made within 21-30 business days. For example, if the user used a credit card, Xploret Travels LLP will make an appropriate charge reversal to the same credit card; like-wise if the user used a debit card, Xploret Travels LLP will credit the money to the same debit card/account.
